ClusterComputeResource permission error when deploying an ONTAP select cluster

Issue

When deploying the cluster in ONTAP Select Deploy, the following error is observed:
 
Node "cluster1-01" create failed. Reason: Permission to perform the operation - VM Creation is denied. Reason: NoPermissionFault : Permission to perform this operation was denied. PrivilegeID: VApp.Import. Privilege missing at ClusterComputeResource level. It is a hypervisor specific issue.. Manual deletion of this node from its host may be required.
