Aggregate has both plexes in an out-of-date state causing nodes to be in a boot loop

Issue

  • Two-node OTS cluster has both nodes continuously rebooting.
  • Root aggregate has both the plexes showing offline and out-of-date condition as seen in the following output of the command, aggr status -r:
