Issue

  • Cluster refresh is changing the pool name for the disks which were created during the cluster creation time.
  • Deploy reports a Pool missing error when running node storage pool show, even though the disks from the affected storage pool remain visible in both Deploy and ONTAP. The disks are shown as belonging to a different pool name.
  • Review of Deploy logs indicates that a cluster refresh operation changed the disk pool assignment from pool2 to pool4.
  • Example from Deploy CLI:

(ONTAPdeploy) node storage disk show -cluster-name phxkvmnpdnas001 -node-name phxkvmnpdnas001-02
