CDEPLOY-2477: Host registration may fail on ONTAP Select Deploy with Lenovo servers running KVM

Issue

When attempting to use the "host register" command from the CLI or the host add functionality from the GUI, the process may fail with a "HostRegisterFailed" event.
In the kvmadmin.log file, the cause would be reported similar to "unsupported configuration: Host SMBIOS information is not available"
