Issue

The scsi.cmd.transportErrorEMSOnly errors are reported by ONTAP in the event logs: 

[NodeA: isp2400_intrd: scsi.cmd.transportErrorEMSOnly:error]: Disk device NodeA:9.126L1511: Transport error during execution of command: HA status 0x9: cdb 0x28:8d0d1070:0008. 
[NodeA: isp2400_intrd: scsi.cmd.transportErrorEMSOnly:error]: Disk device NodeA:9.126L1508: Transport error during execution of command: HA status 0x9: cdb 0x28:8d0b6fd0:0008.
