Issue

Recurring SCSI "Transport error during execution of command" events seen on various individual disks.
 
No pattern is seen on the location of the disks except for the path (A or B) will be the same.

Disks can be local or remote and on any shelf in the fabric.

Example:

HA status 0x9: cdb 0x28:620b2a00:0200.
