Issue

  • FCVI errors are reported on all nodes in the system:

[NodeA: ispfcvi2500_main1: fcvi.qlgc.qpErr:error]: FC-VI adapter: FCVI driver on port 0e received QP Error

  • Brocade switches don't show any errors in porterrshow output 
  • errdump -a section reported a RDY/Frame Loss detected or Link Reset done around the time when the ONTAP errors started
