Answer

Force switchover or negotiated switchover has been completed.  The following is the MCC IP switchback procedure:
  1. Power on controllers of the disaster site
  2. If using ONTAP 9.6 or later, must verify that automatic healing is completed successfully:
metrocluster operation history show
  1. If auto-healing is not completed, must perform aggregate healing manually
metrocluster heal aggregates
metrocluster heal root-aggregates
  1. Verifying that the controller is ready for a switchover by "metrocluster switchback -simulate"
  2. Perform switchback by "metrocluster switchback"
