Issue

  • The following alert is reported in the Autosupport:

System Notification (Health Monitor process schm: StorageBridgeUnreachable_Alert[200000xxxxxxxxxx]) ALERT

  • The EMS logs show the following events:

[NodeA1: schmd: hm.alert.raised:debug]: Alert Id = StorageBridgeUnreachable_Alert , Alerting Resource = 200000xxxxxxxxxx raised by monitor system-connect
[nodeA1: mgwd: callhome.hm.alert.major:debug]: Call home for Health Monitor process schm: StorageBridgeUnreachable_Alert[200000xxxxxxxxxx]

  • The IP address of the ATTO bridge is not accessible over Telnet.
