ONTAP mediator install fails with unable to find a match: kernel-devel

Issue

  • Following Install or upgrade the ONTAP Mediator service to setup ONTAP mediator
  • When running the script to install the mediator service the following error is seen 
    • Unable to find a match: kernel-devel-4.18.0-240.el8.x86_64
    • Failed dependencies: [2023-02-21 18:27:18] python36-devel is needed by ontap-mediator-1.4.0-5.el7.noarch
