ONTAP Mediator service is not reachable from one or more nodes of the MetroCluster. An automatic unplanned switchover can not occur in this state.

How this check is validated? 

The check validates the iscsi connection to the ONTAP Mediator service. To verify issue the following commands:

ONTAP has not made a connection to the ONTAP Mediator service if the entry is displayed as down like in the example output above.
