Issue

  • After a firmware upgrade on an NVIDIA  switch, the switch became unresponsive and entered a continuous boot loop.
  • Switch does not complete boot; fans and LEDs indicate repeated cycling.
  • Serial console remains black
  • Power cycling and cable swaps do not restore console access.
