MetroCluster fcvi port down switch port no sync

Issue

The MetroCluster node FCVI port is down and the following steps have been carried out:
  1. Replaced LC-to-LC cable (node:5a <> switch:14) - No change
  2. Replaced SFP on both sides of the connection  (node:5a <> switch:14) - No change
  3. Moved connection from switch:14 to switch:23 - Link is up on node:5a
  4. Moved the above connection back to port 14 - No link on either side
