MetroCluster: remote bridges not available

Issue

  • Cluster on site A is unable to access bridges on site B and may report missing disks.
  • system bridge show does not include or shows bridge-unreachable error for remote bridges.

Example:

siteA::*> storage bridge show -fields symbolic-name,status,error-text-list
name                  status symbolic-name error-text-list
--------------------- -------------------  ---------------
ATTO_200000xxxxxxxxxx error  site-B-b   "ATTO_200000xxxxxxxxxx(200000xxxxxxxxxx):Bridge is Unreachable over Management Network."
...

  • sysconfig-a does not list the missing or unreachable bridges.
  • Cluster on site B can access all bridges on both sites and does not report any problem.
