FCVI resets due to ISL link difference

Issue

  • NetApp reports "Reset occured on FCVI port <>"
  • Frame discards and FC-VI errors reported in the event logs:

ClusterA-01: node1: fcvi.qlgc.FrameDiscardErr:error]: FC-VI adapter: Discarded a received frame because of a receive frame error. Port 0e, QP name = WAFL, QP index = 2, exchange ID 0x218, address offset 0x3000, remote node's system id = 00000000.

  • The trunkshow output is showing a considerable difference in the deskew values:

trunkshow :
21-> 21 10:00:00:00:00:00:0a:d0 7 deskew 202 MASTER 
20-> 20 10:00:00:00:00:00:0a:d0 7 deskew 15
