Issue

After initiating a giveback, the previously down node is unable to boot to ONTAP. Error messages are displayed on the console after booting to maintenance mode.

Example:

No root aggregate or root traditional volume found.

You must specify a root aggregate or traditional volume with "aggr options <name> root" before rebooting the system.
