Issue

  • A MetroCluster IP  generated a “DISK REDUNDANCEY FAILED” alert on all four nodes.
  • The system storage configuration on each node changed from Quad-Path HA to Multi-Path HA, resulting in loss of disk redundancy and potential risk to disaster recovery operations.
  • Event logs:
