Brocade switches not operational after Fabric OS downgrade

  • Fabric OS downgrade (9.2.2x to 10.0x)

Issue

  • After downgrading from Fabric OS v10.0x to v9.2.2x, the concerned switch(es) continuously reboot
  • Between reboots, the CLI prints the following message:

WARNING: Firmwaredownload is in progress.
