Brocade RBAC permission denied when trying to enable dynamic pod licensing

Issue

When trying to change the licensing method on Brocade FOS version 8.1.0b as admin, the following error occurs:

switch1:admin> licenseport --method dynamic
RBAC permission denied.
The POD method has been changed to dynamic.
Please reboot the switch now for this change to take effect.

Following a reboot, the licensing method remains on the original setting:

switch1:admin> licenseport --show
24 ports are available in this switch
1 POD license is installed
Static POD method is in use
