  • All nodes rebooted unexpectedly during switch firmware upgrade procedure 
  • ONTAP reports reboot due to no disks available:
[NodeA: rc: kern.shutdown.initiator:debug]: SK reboot was initiated by "maytag.ko::no_disks_halt_reboot+205".
