Issue

Unable to enable aggregate level encryption due to error:
 
Error: command failed: Failed to modify encrypt-with-aggr-key of aggregate "aggr1".
Reason: Internal Error.  Failed to perform encryption key operation.
Ensure that key management server is online and try the operation again…
