Unified Manager triggers an alert for "No Active Paths To Access LUN."
 
The description of the alert may also include the following:
 
The Network Interfaces belonging to the port set <portset name> that are used to access the LUN (mapped to initiator group <igroup name>) hosted on Storage Virtual Machine <vserver name> are down.
