Issue

  • Offlining lun from CLI failing with error LUN in vserver is the destination of an ongoing restore option

Unable to delete LUN from CLI and GUI

  • Deleting lun from system manager failing  with same error as CLI

Unable to delete LUN from CLI and GUI

  • Lun is unmapped and online , getting the same error while deleting
  • Lun deletion with -force (will be used when lun is online) failed with same error
  • EMS logs reports volume is fenced by Dump restore operation

Mon Oct 16 00:59:18  0530 [S4D1xxx001: wafl_exempt00: wafl.access.fenced.file:notice]: The file with inode 96 on volume Sxx1Uxxxx03_DB_Vol cannot be accessed because it is fenced by Dump Restore operation.
