FCP/FCoE LIF reports operationally down

Issue

  • The storage system reports that one or more of the FCP LIFs have a status of administratively up and operationally down. Initiators are unable to connect to the affected LIFs or access LUNs presented by those LIFs.
  • New setup with NPIV enabled but can not see virtual port login
