Slowness in accessing/creating files in CIFS share while using Zscalar

Issue

  • Users outside the local network experience slowness when creating or accessing files within a CIFS share.
  • Newly created files or folders are not immediately visible and may take up to a minute to appear.
  • The issue is specific to users or jump servers outside the local network.
  • Users or jump servers within the local network do not encounter these issues with the same CIFS share.
  • No slowness is observed when accessing the share locally; however, slowness is noticed when Zscaler is in use.
