ONTAP SAN data corruption after power and environmental issue

Issue

  • Periodically after an environmental failure ( power and cooling ) has been resolved 
  • VMware datastore becomes corrupt and must be recovered from backup
  • Host initiator logging into storage frequently with  FCP SRAM dump
