Issue

  • VMWare Storage VMotion  onto or between NetApp LUN can result in blue screen of death BSOD "Memory Management" and or "Critical Process Died"
  • Linux report corrupt guest OS file system days after vmotion
  • VM boot failures due to unable to find boot device
  • Powering off VM and moving VM back to original datastore can recover VM with disk repair
  • Using non FC inbox driver
