- Hyper-V nodes lost access to LUNs
- Hyper-V cluster was out of quorum:
Microsoft-Windows-FailoverClustering 1795 Physical Disk Resource "Cluster physical disk resource encountered an error while attempting to terminate.
Microsoft-Windows-FailoverClustering 1177 Quorum Manager "The Cluster service is shutting down because quorum was lost. This could be due to the loss of network connectivity between some or all nodes in the cluster, or a failover of the witness disk.
Microsoft-Windows-FailoverClustering 1135 Node Mgr Cluster node 'node2' was removed from the active failover cluster membership. check for hardware or software errors related to the network adapters on this node.
