Issue

  • Thin LUN out of space and goes offline:

Wed Nov 03 18:58:42 +0300 [NETAPP01: scsit_lu_0: scsiblade.lun.offline.system:error]: LUN 81EiL+Qh7xxx in volume with MSID 21606016xx on Vserver vserver1 has been brought offline due to lack of space in the volume. 

"2024-04-08T17:08:29-07:00","clusterabc","emergency" "LUN.out.of.space: LUN /vol/vol1/lun, vol vol1 (DSID 1051) is out of space (UUID: 16fe70a3-a17c-4861-9c55-dd5b864306xx)."    

  • LUN is offline with Space Reservation and Space Allocation disabled:
cluster1::> lun show -lun thinlun -instance
