Issue

  • Multiple ESXi hosts are missing path to one LIF after ONTAP update
  • Rescan or reboot of the host does not bring back the path
  • Path shows as dead and disappears after rescan or reboot of host
  • Bouncing the switch port attached to LIF without paths is not successful
  • FC ping from ONTAP shows initiator is reachable, but not logged in:
