FC NPIV targets not appearing in fcp topology show

Issue

When running net fcp topology show -port-attached-wwpn against NPIV initiator WWPNs, they do not come back with any result.

Physical WWPN initiators come back correctly:

cluster1::> net fcp topology show -port-attached-wwpn 20:11:00:14:XX:XX:XX:XX
  (network fcp topology show)
