Issue

SYCONFIG-A shows adapter status is LINK NOT CONNECTED:

sfpshow on switch shows normal power for receive and transmit:

On the switch side, when the attached cable is swapped to another port, the issue travels with the cable.
On the NetApp side, when the cable is swapped with a known working cable from an adapter on the HA partner node, attached to the same fabric/switch, the issue travels with the cable.
