CONTAP-609002: Change management LIF change behaviour to be less disruptive to IO on Windows

Issue

  • Database disruption on Windows Server after management LIF IP change
  • Event Viewer logs may show:

Event 140 - The system failed to flush data to the transaction log corruption may occur in volume id devicename :
(The I/O device reported an I/O error )
Event 152 - The logical block provisioning type for disk has changed
Event 482 - An attempt to write to the file "[...]" at offset [...] for [...] bytes failed after 0.000 seconds with system error 1117 (0x0000045d): "The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error. ".  The write operation will fail with error -1022 (0xfffffc02).  If this error persists then the file may be damaged and may need to be restored from a previous backup.
