Cluster Transaction Services provided by CTRAN can get disrupted due to excessive (and incorrect) resource utilization of an internal component that utilized the service.  This can prevent the Cluster Transaction Services from coming fully online and result in limited availability on the filer, which can cause system panic of the node.
