Issue

When an S3 client sends a PUT request with the `Expect: 100-continue` header, it may receive more than one `100 Continue` response for that request. Some clients may then associate a final response with the wrong request and fail to send the object data for a subsequent PUT. In this situation, the later PUT may appear successful, while a subsequent HEAD request reports the object size as zero.
