Vscan server is disconnected and AV Connector shows error when testing connection

Issue

  • ONTAP Antivirus Connector connection test fails with the following error:

  • Ems logs show below error when there is only one vscan server added in scanner pool:
Nblade.vscanNoScannerConn: Vserver "SVM1" has no virus scanner connection.

11/21/22-00:57:58.691Z Issuing REST API network query to 10.1.1.1 for getting installed Data ONTAP version info.
11/21/22-00:57:58.707Z Error 35: SSL connect error
11/21/22-00:57:58.707Z Problem fetching vserver LIFs from mgmt-lif 10.1.1.1

  • Apache-error logs will contain errors similar to below:
