Issue

  • Vscan server is not able to connect to ONTAP and perform scans.
  • Vserver's management LIF and Data LIF are on different network segments and cannot communicate with each other.
  • Scanner-pool is configured with the management LIF's segment IP.
  • AV Connector is registered with the management LIF.
  • AV Connector tests successful.
  • AV Connector under the SVM shows the IP as offline.
