Issue

After upgrading ONTAP from 9.16.0P1 to 9.18.1RC1 (via 9.16.1P11), production VDI pools became inaccessible. While basic NFS operations (mount, ls, touch, read/write) worked, running application commands on certain files hung indefinitely, causing users to not be able to log in to their VDI environment.
