Unix root user not able to access NTFS volume when there is no name mapping for root user

Issue

Not able to access NTFS volume from unix client using root user and getting below error:

  • EMS:

secd.nfsAuth.problem: vserver (vs1) General NFS authorization problem. Error: Get user credentials procedure failed
