ONTAP NFS 4.x share mount fails with error NFS4ERR_STALE_CLIENTID

Issue

  • Users receive error while mounting a  share via NFSv4.x . 

error: Backup search failed with error code 1. 
Error: Could not mount remote host (x.x.x.x:/share_name/), Error: 32!

  • NFS 4.x mount fail due to a stale session ID. You can see from the packet trace:
