Issue

  • After migration, unable to access CIFS share via hostname but it works via ip address.
  • From event log show:
Mon May 29 08:24:49 +0200 [cluster01: secd: secd.cifsAuth.problem:error]: vserver (vserver_name) General CIFS authentication problem. Error: User authentication procedure failed CIFS SMB2 Share mapping - Client Ip = 10.10.XX.XX **[     0] FAILURE: CIFS authentication failed
