Issue

  • When a client tries to resolve the IP of SVM by sending NBNS broadcast, ONTAP doesn't respond.
  • If a client sends the same payload to SVM directly, so no broadcast, ONTAP do respond if the cifs option "-is-nbns-enabled" is set to true.
