Answer

Yes, configure SLAG with ONTAP commands to configure NTFS file permissions and auditing policies if a solution is needed, that does not propagate down a directory tree, resulting in faster application.

Note: Changing SACLs using the SLAG method will not affect the NTFS permissions that control client access to data.
