Fpolicy server cannot connect to a specific SVM

Issue

  • FPolicy is not able to connect to specific SVMs 
    • Reason for FPolicy Server Disconnection: Select Timed out.
  • The following error can be seen in the EMS log:
    • [fpolicy: fpolicy.server.connectError:error]: Node failed to establish a connection with the FPolicy server "10.10.17.16" (reason: "Select Timed out.").
    • [kern_fpolicy:error:6097] Establish TCP connection returned error.[0x0x808039900] src/fsm/fsm_external_engine.cc:5011
  • A packet trace reveals the SVM trying to establish a TCP session with the Fpolicy server but never receive response
