When customer's fpolicy service account in ONTAP is not configured identically to the service account in the fpolicy server MGWD logs the following
[kern_mgwd:info:2284] Error: Unable to authorize: Authentication failure.User <'DOMAIN.net\user'>, application 'ontapi', authmethod '', vserver <id>
