  • The Linux client can review .snapshot directory:
# ls -al
drwxrwxrwt. 27 root root 4096 Nov 23 03:17 .

drwxrwxrwt.  2 root root    6 Aug  6  2020 .snapshot
  • Fail to run chown on the Linux client:
chown: changing ownership of `/var/lib/influxdb2/.snapshot': Read-only file system
