Answer

  • Disabling ABE (Access-Based Enumeration) from the share properties will not have any impact to the existing Permissions
  • After disabling ABE, all users can see files or folders for which they don't have permission

::> cifs share properties remove -vserver <vserver> -share-name <share> -share-properties access-based-enumeration
