Cannot copy files to a Snaplock Enterprise Volume

  • DR site acting as Production Site following a Disaster on the Source

Issue

  • Using Drag and Drop from source Production system to the destination DR system, 2 files are not copied to the destination
  • Error occurs at the start of the copy :

Error : The destination already has a file named "...."

  • The file didn't exist before, this creates a 0 KB file with the same name 

Note: The DR volume is the acting source and the data is generating in dr - this is currently a production site
