CIFS access fails with "The account is not authorized to login from this station"

Issue
- Windows clients intermittently cannot access CIFS shares hosted on ONTAP. Users receive errors such as:
- "The account is not authorized to log in from this station", when attempting to connect to an CIFS share using name
- “Windows cannot access \\share. Check the spelling of the name. Otherwise, there might be a problem with your network.”
- Network trace shows the following pattern:
SMB2SessionSetupRequest, NTLMSSP_NEGOTIATESMB2SessionSetupResponse, Error: STATUS_MORE_PROCESSING_REQUIRED, NTLMSSP_CHALLENGESMB2SessionSetupRequest, NTLMSSP_AUTH, User: DOMAIN\\userSMB2SessionSetupResponseTCP RST from client immediately after session setup
- Windows Event Log (SMBClient, EventID 31019): “Mutual authentication was unexpectedly lost after re-authenticating to \\SERVER. Status: The account is not authorized to log in from this station.”
