Issue

A node can have an unexpected reboot with the following message:
Possible buffer overrun at address <addr> from PC <pc> (fencepost 0) in SK process lmgr_hr_garbage_collector
This can occur when an NFSv4.1 OPEN request from a session-trunked client is being processed while the primary LIF is being deleted, migrated, or otherwise becomes unavailable to the NFS server. The node may panic later while reclaiming the affected lock-manager host information.
